Yusra Aziz completed her bachelor's degree in Genetics with a minor in Neuroscience. She is passionate about outreach in the community, educating others about social justice, and mental health initiatives. In her time at A&M she has been involved in various organizations and has pursued her passions through them. She was a Peer Diversity Educator for the department of Multicultural Student Services, a volunteer for the Student Counseling Helpline, and served as a proud Co-Chair for Fish Camp 2018. Yusra wants to be part of the change in helping A&M become a more inclusive and supportive environment for all students. She plans on pursuing a master’s degree in Genetic Counseling and using that as a stepping stone to truly impact the society around her.
