Yusra Aziz is a Genetics major with a minor in Neuroscience. She is passionate about outreach in the community, educating others about social justice, and mental health initiatives. In her time here at A&M she has been involved in various organizations and has pursued her passions through them. She is a Peer Diversity Educator for the department of Multicultural Student Services, a current volunteer for the Student Counseling Helpline, and has been serving as a proud Co-Chair for Fish Camp 2018. Yusra wants to be part of the change in helping A&M become a more inclusive and supportive environment for all students. After her undergrad she plans on pursuing a Master’s Degree in Genetic Counseling and using that as a stepping stone to truly impact the society around her.
