Texas A&M University offers a variety of programs and activities that engage students, faculty, and staff in support of a diverse and inclusive community where all are welcome and encouraged to thrive. This page is a resource for identifying coordination/collaboration opportunities and for generating ideas for planning, executing, and assessing your own ongoing diversity initiatives.

Use the filters to identify initiatives based on primary target audience; dimensions of the Diversity Plan (recruiting, retention, campus climate, and equity); and/or college or administrative unit. Please note: Even though there is no single initiative solely addressing equity, equity is interrelated with recruiting and retention and enhances the overall campus climate.
