Faculty Survey of Climate and Activities 2006

Campus climate for faculty members, as established by numerous individual and group interactions, is a key factor in faculty satisfaction, productivity, and retention. Thus, Karan Watson, Dean of Faculties & Associate Provost, has initiated a faculty climate survey to better understand the nature of the climate that A&M creates for its faculty members and to establish a benchmark against which efforts to improve the climate might be gauged.

Results, in the aggregate, will be communicated to the campus community.
